Abstract
The chapter explains how creative arts and digital storytelling can be used to enable the higher-education students to be more aware, resilient, and improved in general. It is based on two ideas- Mindflourish (combining mindfulness and flourishing) and Wellfulness (combining well-being and mindfulness) and demonstrates how positive psychology, transformative learning, and community practise can aid that objective. A 300 student and 20 faculty mixed-methods research of 20 institutions indicates that arts-based mindfulness allows students to share their emotions, reduces stress, and fosters a sense of teamwork and belonging. The chapter provides case studies of rural and urban environments and presents a functioning model comprising of resilience, emotional literacy, and inclusive participation, which can be used to assist institutions to plan student engagement and comprehensive development programmes.
