Abstract

This research article examines organizational readiness for AI-driven Human Resource (HR) transformation
in the Indian IT and services sector. The study emphasizes the role of technological readiness, human capital
capabilities, leadership support, and ethical governance in determining successful AI adoption in HR
functions. Primary data were collected from 50 employees using a structured questionnaire. Statistical tools
such as percentage analysis, t-test, F-test, and one-way ANOVA were applied. The findings reveal that
organizations with higher readiness levels achieve superior strategic HR outcomes, while skill gaps and
change resistance remain major challenges.
