Abstract

This research identifies how emotional demands, excessive workload, and interpersonal conflicts impact teacher job satisfaction in schools. Based on a survey of 273 teachers, the study uses Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) to confirm that these three stressors significantly reduce job satisfaction. The findings emphasize that educational institutions must implement targeted interventions, such as emotional intelligence training and workload redistribution, to enhance teacher well-being and retention.
