Abstract

This study investigates the impact of Emotional Intelligence (EI)—including self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills—on work compatibility among multi-millennial women in the IT industry. Using a structured survey of 72 respondents, the research explores how EI cultivates flexibility, cooperation, and resilience. Key findings reveal that job autonomy, career commitment, and skill adaptability significantly influence job satisfaction and retention, helping HR professionals create more supportive workplace interventions.
