Abstract

The study examines the factors influencing career path selection among women graduates in Chennai. Using quantitative analysis with primary and secondary data collected from 80 women graduates, the research evaluates variables such as financial benefits, cultural influence, job security, future job opportunities, and personal interest. The findings reveal that financial benefits and personal interest strongly influence career choice, whereas cultural influence and job security show weaker relationships.
