Abstract
The study investigates customer attitudes toward natural/organic food products in Tiruchirappalli. It examines factors influencing consumer perceptions such as health consciousness, product information, trust, accessibility, and value for money. Using factor analysis on multiple variables, the study concludes that health awareness and positive perceptions toward natural food significantly influence consumer buying behavior.
