The study explores the influence of family dynamics such as open communication, intergenerational authority, and cognitive cohesion on leadership effectiveness in family-owned businesses. Using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), the research evaluates hypotheses related to leadership effectiveness and generational interaction in family businesses, emphasizing sustainable management practices and succession harmony.
