Abstract
The public sector needs innovative HR solutions.
This study examines how Evolutionary Intelligence improves
public sector HR processes. To identify areas improvement,
public sector HR practices are examined in detail. The new
model improves recruitment, talent development, and employee
engagement with advanced algorithms and Evolutionary
Intelligence. This study introduces Evolutionary Intelligence to
public sector HR management. The goal is to improve process
efficiency, decision-making, and organisational efficiency.
Simulations show a significant decrease in hiring time and
improved candidate suitability. Evolutionary intelligence adapts
to workforce needs and optimises resource allocation.
