Abstract
Inthepresentheavycompetitioninthemanufacturingsectoritisthedutyofalltheorganiza

the organizational development. It requires employeesdedication and their morale
to participate inall the organizational activities withcritical enthusiasm. The
organizational development, organizational efficiency are thestraight forward
outcomes of employees operation and morale. It is useful for theemployees to
resolve many problems among them and also they are able to meet
