Abstract

In this present investigation, using hydroethanolic extract of leaves of Annona squamosal, iron oxide nanoparticle was synthesised at 600 c temperature and detected by UV–Visible spectrophotometer between 300 to 700 nm. The structure of nanoparticles was observed by SEM and FT-IR was performed to know the major functional groups. In anticancer assay, Fe3O4 NPs showed significant cytotoxicity on HepG2 and melanoma A375 cell lines. At the same time, Fe3O4 NPs showed zero toxicity on normal liver cell line. From our results, we could observe, this as a eco-friend
