Effective stress management, on the other hand, helps you break the hold stress has on your life, so you can be happier, healthier, and more productive. The main aim of this study is to find out the various factors contributing to stress among IT peoples and the impact of the stress among employees. The researcher used chi-square test and t-test to find the results. It finds that work load is the main factor that causing stress followed by technology and multi task. Team work and management pressure causing less stress compared with other factors. Finally, it concludes that management takes lots of techniques such as, arranging tours, awards, appreciation and monetary motivations to avoid stress among the employees and to achieved the goals. © 2018, Indian Journal of Public Health Research and Development.
