Abstract

Technology projects are increasingly being integrated into a broad range of business disciplines. This essay looks at the possible effects of artificial intelligence systems on business owners’ e-governance decision-making by using industry standards and consumer preferences. This research provides insight into the complicating variables that affect business model innovation that is sparked by emerging technology, which is known as the business model innovation catalyst. This article begins with a brief introduction to artificial intelligence (AI), covers the difficulties that the field is now facing, and describes how AI is altering the paradigms around e-governance. By incorporating disruptive breakthroughs into their new business models and processes, companies who effectively employ AI to their advantage may be able to alter the global competitive environment. Suggestions for using this new technology without wiping off civilization are provided in this article. The industry’s shift to smart manufacturing with the introduction of industry 4.0 is believed to be mostly driven by artificial intelligence and machine learning. Many Indian companies have experimented with smart manufacturing, but their attempts to completely integrate technology have not been fruitful, partly because there aren’t many applications in the AI and machine learning domains. The potential of machine learning and artificial intelligence to improve e-governance services is highlighted in this article.
