Social events and gatherings have always been essential to the framework of the community. As the number of social events that take place each year rises, tech platforms are increasingly being used to organize, evaluate, and publicize events in order to reach audiences. This research proposes novel technique in smart event management using machine learning with optimal scheduling and participant behavior tracking. Here the online platform-based registration services have been carried out for optimal scheduling and the participant behavior analysis is carried out using reinforcement K-means component neural network. the experimental analysis is carried out in terms of accuracy, precision, recall, AUC and F1-score. The proposed technique attained accuracy of 97%, precision of 95%, recall of 96%, AUC of 94% and F1-score of 98%.
