This study examined the contributions of Human Resource Information System (HRIS) towards globalization, in the IT Industry using quantitative research and descriptive research design. Design/Methodology/Approach-The target population is IT employees working under different designations, collecting 280 respondents through Google Forms. Data used to analyze reliability, chi-square, correlations, and multiple regression using spas software 20. Using Amos software, we found out the model fits for the individual constructs using Path-CF A analysis and SEM. Results-Efficiency of HRIS adoption addresses the HR processes, Time savings, Cost savings, Decision-making, Quality information effects, Strategic employee development, and the Applications measured the individual path analysis, HRIS adoption on HRIS application measured CFA and SEM (Structural Equation Model). Limitations of the investigations-HRIS should address and implement the process of HRIS Applications towards the organization. And recommended that all organizations should pay attention to interest and benefits to obtain the objectives. Practical Implications-Gathered information from HRIS applications to benefit the employees who are working under the organization. Aids in absence monitoring, job analysis, performance appraisal, talent, reduced paperwork, employee data, manpower necessity, and standard information. Originality/Value-Developing the HRIS applications in the organization to perform employee engagement towards the adoption of HRIS. It will help to collect the data, store the information, train, and development, and selection process. Implementation of human resource management to strategic human resource management from different stages of HRIS Adoption comes from the different knowledge of the areas
