The global shift towards remote and hybrid work models has brought about transformative changes in the way organizations operate. This paper investigates the strategies employed by businesses to effectively adapt to and thrive within remote and hybrid work environments. It explores the multifaceted challenges posed by this transition, while highlighting innovative approaches that have emerged to ensure productivity, collaboration, and employee well-being. The research begins by examining the driving forces behind the accelerated adoption of remote and hybrid work, including technological advancements, changing employee expectations, and the need for business continuity during disruptive events.
