In this fast-paced world, artificial intelligence has risen to an impressive position. Many businesses have recently begun to use hybrid models mixed with AI. Even though it is unfamiliar to them, many organizations are eager to test and effectively adopt it in their workplaces. The study aims to examine the AI revolution and its impact on employees in the IT sector in a hybrid model environment. The role of AI in the lives of employees in an organization is covered in this study. In addition, papers from the Science Direct and Scopus libraries between 2015 and 2023 were considered for this study. Data were gathered from this era since technology was changing at the time. The study also revealed that organizations that provided comprehensive training programs and ongoing support for their employees experienced higher levels of productivity and job satisfaction. Additionally, the findings suggest that companies should prioritize creating a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation, as this can foster a smooth integration of AI technologies into daily operations. The results indicate that there would be no future age without AI and that workers would experience a severe recession in the coming years.
