This paper is to construct to ease the medicine consumption for elderly who forgets the medicine on time. Thousands of cases were affected due to wrong consumption of medicine. This paper aims to construct the automatic pill dispenser for elderly that indicates the alarm between time intervals and records the medicine dispenses and sent the messages to care taker, guardian and doctors through IOT (Things speak and blynk application. The IOT-based pill dispenser is equipped with a microcontroller, sensors, actuators, and a secure network connection, enabling automated medication dispensing at scheduled times. Users, especially those with complex medication regimens or cognitive impairments, benefit from timely and accurate doses, reducing the risk of missed medications. Facial/Finger print recognition technology is integrated into the system to ensure medication administration to the correct patient. Users are identified through facial /finger print biometrics, ensuring that only authorized individuals can access the medication. In cases of unauthorized access or medication errors, the system generates alerts for caregivers or healthcare providers, thus enhancing patient safety. Users must register on the system, providing their personal details, medication prescriptions, dosages, and schedules. This information is stored securely in a database associated with the user's account. Each user is provided with a smart pill dispenser device, which is connected to the internet via Wi-Fi or cellular network. The dispenser has compartments for different medications, each equipped with sensors and actuators for pills [1]The user loads the dispenser with their prescribed medications, ensuring that each medication is placed in the correct compartment.
