The research highlights the growing prevalence of artificial intelligence (AI) DEI made up the respondents that were chosen for the study. In order to help enterprises embrace AI effectively and meet DEI aims, this research study proposes a decision model. The research has been carried out within the framework of Indian corporations. The author has put out a model that provides a thorough framework to direct decision-making processes by outlining important factors, moral precepts, and implementation techniques. Organizations may maximize AI's potential while reducing bias, advancing justice, and fostering inclusivity in the workplace by fusing AI technology with DEI programs. Artificial Intelligence (AI)'s role in achieving the DEI (diversity, equality, and inclusion) goals .It is commonly acknowledged that creating and overseeing diverse teams has many advantages, including fostering innovation and creativity, improving decision-making, raising employee productivity, and improving retention. Businesses that employ a diverse workforce have an edge over rivals. Despite the clear advantages of having a diverse workforce, research indicates that businesses have not succeeded in implementing diversity initiatives. According to research, using AI in talent acquisition is becoming more and more crucial for creating a diverse workforce. DEI can be measured in a number of ways, such as by monitoring demographic information, examining employee happiness and engagement, and applying particular metrics to evaluate the advancement of racial equity and inclusion. Fair evaluation based on objective data, real-time feedback, support for personalized goal setting, adaptability to changing job requirements, ethical considerations, and privacy protection are the essential components of AI-based employee performance evaluation.
