This paper looks at the World business’s platform-based company’s work and affect value generation. Knowing the internet services work in developing markets in Jordan is essential because of today’s economy. Specifically focusing on the possibilities and threats that platform-based companies face, this study analyzes critical success characteristics for these types of businesses. Based on the results of the qualitative study of several cases, World businesses are using platform concepts for Customer Acquisition, User Engagement and Retention, Financial Sustainability, and Value proposition. Value generation may be driven by network impacts, scaling, and data strategy, according to the study. In addition, the paper highlights important it is to have legal frameworks, investment opportunities, and mentoring in place to assist platform-based enterprises. If entrepreneurs, investors, and lawmakers in India and other comparable markets want to strengthen their startup environment, should heed the advice of this report. This paper adds to the larger conversation on entrepreneurial spirit and in developing nations by offering a detailed analysis of platforms as companies in a particular geographical setting.
