This paper investigates the influence of elements like salaries, chances for development, work-life balance, and corporate culture on employee retention using a survey, interview, and secondary data analysis. Information technology organizations might use the results to impact initiatives to enhance retention policies, reduce turnover rates, and underline the need for intentional actions to create a dedicated workforce.
