In World market, where digital media is playing an increasingly central role in conversations with Clients, Electronic Mail Presentation serves as one of the channels that shape Client engagement dynamics. Electronic Mail Presentation is a cornerstone for fostering meaningful connections and driving brand affinity in the World marketian market as it can reach different audiences across all demographics. Most of the existing methods do not personalize content; hence, they send generic information to their audience thereby reducing their level of engagement with them. Also, this method faces challenges from privacy concerns and data protection regulations that hinder its effectiveness. To address these limitations, this paper proposes Client Engagement using Cloud assisted personalization Techniques (CEPT) framework which focuses on granular segmentation and dynamic content delivery based on Client preferences as well as actions. Through leveraging advanced analytics artificial intelligence algorithms, CEPT strives to achieve compliance with regulatory frameworks while giving more value to the client experience. In the empirical analysis section, it shows that CEPT is effective because it result in deeper relationship with Clients, more opens and clicks through rates which increases conversion rates for World marketian companies. Results show that customization is important for Electronic Mail campaigns to work better and engage Clients effectively.
