Financial technology (FinTech) has revolutionized global payment systems by leveraging new technologies to enhance financial services. This study investigates the factors influencing the adoption of FinTech payment solutions among Zoomers in Chennai, focusing on ease of use, perceived usefulness, trust, and social influences, as well as the impact on user experience and re-usage intention. Employing both qualitative and quantitative methods, the research distributed 200 questionnaires to Zoomers using various financial technologies, including Digital Wallets, GPay, UPI, and Mobile Banking, through Convenience Sampling. Utilizing primary data and statistical analyses, the study identified “perceived convenience” as a crucial factor driving FinTech adoption among Zoomers. The findings offer new insights into gender-specific adoption patterns and provide practical recommendations for FinTech companies to build trust, improve security, enhance user experiences, and develop targeted marketing strategies to increase adoption and re-usage among Zoomers in India.
