Abstract

Digital learning has been evolved from a supplementary resource as a central feature of contemporary education. The article has helped in examining the role of digital tools
in reshaping pedagogy, and in shifting instruction from delivery based on teacher-driven towards the exploring on learner-driven. It helps in discussing how online platforms,
multimedia content, adaptive software, and collaborative tools that enables personalization, spontaneous feedback and accessibility. that are wide to educational materials. Based on learning theories, the study shows that digital learning can support constructivist practices by allowing students to build knowledge through interaction, experimentation, and reflection. There are also certain challenges such as uneven access to devices and internet, the need for teacher training, and the risk of treating technology as an end rather than a means. Findings shows that when digital learning is aligned with pedagogical goals, it increases engagement, supports differentiated instruction, and improves assessment through real-time data. However,
benefits depend on teacher competence, content quality, and equitable infrastructure. Ultimately, digital learning should be viewed as an enabler of effective pedagogy, enhancing the ways teachers teach and students learn rather than replacing the human element of education.
