The fast progression of technical innovation, the emergence of digital platforms, and the globalisation of markets have heightened discussions over enforcement, accessibility, and equality. The article analyses significant worldwide issues in intellectual property rights, including cross-border enforcement complications, e-piracy, biopiracy, and the conflict between safeguarding innovation and promoting public interest in sectors such as health and education. The study emphasizes the necessity for adaptive legal frameworks, cooperative international governance, and inventive policy solutions to reconcile the rights of creators with the demands of society. Ultimately, the articles conclude by addressing modern global challenges in intellectual property rights necessitates a flexible combination of legal reform, technological advancements, and ethical considerations to cultivate a just and sustainable ecosystem for intellectual property.
