Cybercrime is one of the most developing worldwide dangers that target people, enterprises
and governments. This paper brings out the multifaceted part of AI in combating
cybercrime and highlights the Computerized Forensics, cyber risk Insights, Danger
Detainment Examination, Extortion & phishing anticipation, cybercrime Examination. As
cybercriminals progressively embrace advanced strategies, conventional security measures it
will be more troublesome for the current and future AI-related challenges. In India offenses
such as Hacking, personality robbery, monetary extortion, information breaches and cyber
stalking etc needs progressed innovative arrangements. The Indian Cyber law requirement
in the AI integration presents a gigantic part to modernize India’s cyber administration
biological system. Cyber laws requirements that shape the current legal advancements make
a difference to analyze the pertinence and an impediment of key authoritative disobedience
incorporates the Information Technology Innovation Act 2000, Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita
(BNS), 2023. In the Indian lawful framework there is an advancing AI innovation, still we
require the improvement of AI related trouble. The paper bargains with the moral rules,
vigorous arrangements and the comprehensive legitimate system that bolsters the mind full
utilization of AI in securing the internet. The number of disputes that relate to AI for
example disputes over IPR concerning AI algorithms, disputes related to moral rights to

Healthcare, Finance to Transportation and Industries. As AI continues to advance in our
daily lives, it also plays an important part in the field of cyber security. AI powered cyber
attacks, hacking techniques, related rise of cyber crimes etc, some of the secure development
practices are critical to protecting applications from AI-driven cyber threats
