Abstract

The concept of recent disasters encompasses a diverse range of natural
and man-made events that have had significant and often devastating
impacts on various regions of the world. These disasters can be
categorized into different types, including natural disasters such as
earthquakes, hurricanes, floods, wildfires, and pandemics, as well as
human-induced disasters like industrial accidents, nuclear incidents,
and conflicts. Understanding recent disasters involves examining their
causes, effects, and the subsequent response and recovery efforts.
