The Conventional Electric Vehicle (EV) motor control systems have problems like real time monitoring, delayed fault detection, and limited resource accessibility, there is a need for an integrated and smart solution for efficient control and monitoring. This paper proposed a framework for automated EV motor control and continuous parameter monitoring that is based on embedded systems and the Internet of Things (IoT). There is a control unit and a monitoring unit in the system. The control unit uses an Arduino Nano with a Bluetooth module to send signals to a motor driver that controls a DC gear motor. The monitoring unit uses an Arduino Uno to get information from sensors like LM35, voltage, current, and magnetic sensors. An ESP8266 NodeMCU sends the data to the cloud and shows it on an LCD screen. A servo motor makes sure that control is accurate. The results show that the system works better, is more reliable for monitoring, and operated from a distance.
