Abstract

he integration of robots into human-centric environments for
collaborative tasks has gained significant attention in recent years. This paper explores the key factors influencing effective Human-Robot Interaction (HRI) in collaborative settings, including communication protocols, task allocation, robot autonomy, and human trust. Through a comprehensive review of recent research, we identify challenges, propose solutions, and outline future
directions for improving robot-human collaboration in both industrial and domestic environments. Keywords: Human-Robot Interaction (HRI), Collaborative Robots (Cobots), Robot
Autonomy, Human-Robot Collaboration, Task Allocation, Robot Safety, Robot Trust,
Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotic Systems, Industrial Robots, Domestic Robots,
Healthcare Robotics, Robot Communication.
