Abstract
Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning
(ML) are transforming marketing by enabling highly
personalized consumer engagement and optimized marketing
strategies. This paper explores the integration of AI and ML in
digital marketing to enhance consumer engagement through
data-driven personalization. AI algorithms analyze vast
consumer data, enabling marketers to craft tailored messages,
product recommendations, and interactive experiences that
boost customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. A quantitative
research approach is adopted, focusing on AI-driven
personalization's impact on consumer behavior and marketing
efficacy. The study reveals that AI personalization significantly
improves consumer engagement by delivering relevant content
and offers, resulting in higher retention rates and brand loyalty.
Furthermore, ethical considerations around transparency and
explainability of AI systems are discussed, underlining the need
for responsible AI use in marketing. This work contributes to
the understanding of AI and ML's practical application in
marketing and offers directions for future research on
maximizing technology benefits while addressing emerging
challenges in AI-driven marketing personalization.
