Abstract

This study analyzes the efficiency of end-to-end documentation and invoicing within the global freight forwarding operations of DahNAY Logistics. Thesefunctions are critical for connecting shippers, carriers, and customs authorities to ensure the smooth movement of goods. The research addresses operational
bottlenecks such as manual documentation delays, invoicing errors, and coordination gaps that impact supply chain performance. The objective is to evaluatecurrent processes and suggest improvements for accuracy and compliance. Utilizing a descriptive research design, the study incorporates findings from industry trends and company profiles, highlighting that while digital adoption is increasing, there is a significant need for integrated artificial intelligence (AI) and automated systems to minimize financial disputes and shipment delays. The study concludes that standardizing workflows and enhancing digital integration can significantly boost logistics performance.
