Abstract
The rapid growth of digital technology has significantly transformed the banking sector, leading to increased
adoption of digital banking channels such as mobile and internet banking. This study explores the factors
influencing customer adoption of these platforms, focusing on convenience, ease of use, security perceptions, and
technological awareness. With the widespread use of smartphones and internet connectivity, customers are
increasingly shifting from traditional banking methods to digital alternatives that offer faster, more accessible,
and cost-effective services.
