Abstract

Metaverse in e-commerce means creating immersive, 3D virtual shopping worlds where users, via avatars, experience products through VR/AR, interact socially, and make purchases using digital currencies, blending physical and digital retail for personalized, engaging experiences beyond traditional online stores. Particularly, the Generation Z has changed the purchasing pattern of every customer. This study is mainly focuses on the awareness of Metaverse in E – Commerce sector and the Gen Z’s perceived attitude towards the adoption.
