Abstract

The development of an individual's work-related quality of life (WRQoL) is greatly influenced by psychological well-being. Stress, anxiety, and awareness all have significant effects on workers' mental health and job performance. Although Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is commonly used to address mental health concerns, its specific impact on WRQoL has not been thoroughly investigated. Employees experiencing psychological distress at work often report lower quality of life, which may affect their involvement in company activities as well as their overall work performance. This study aimed to determine whether CBT interventions could improve both the WRQoL and psychological well-being of working professionals.

Participants' psychological well-being and WRQoL were assessed before, during, and after the intervention using validated instruments, including the WRQoL Scale and the WHO-5 Well-Being Index. The findings revealed that the implementation of a CBT program was associated with improved mental health outcomes, increased job satisfaction, and reduced work-related stress.
