Abstract

A computer-implemented digital platform for government debt management and economic forecasting is disclosed. The platform integrates fiscal, treasury, banking, taxation, and macroeconomic data from multiple governmental and external sources into a centralized analytical environment. A debt management engine evaluates sovereign borrowing structures, repayment schedules, refinancing exposure, interest obligations, and currency risks associated with public debt instruments. A forecasting engine utilizes machine learning, econometric analysis, and predictive modeling techniques to generate economic forecasts relating to inflation, fiscal deficits, gross domestic product growth, public expenditure, and debt sustainability. The platform further includes
a policy simulation engine configured to assess the impact of alternative fiscal strategies, taxation reforms, borrowing plans, and economic conditions. Real-time monitoring, automated alerts, recommendation mechanisms, and secure governance controls enable improved fiscal transparency, evidence-based policymaking, sovereign risk management, and efficient economic planning operations.
