Abstract

Resource Management Techniques describes the strategies and
instruments used to effectively plan, distribute, track and manage
resources, including people, money, time, equipment, and
inventories. These methods are particularly important in the fields
where resource use directly affects cost, service quality and customer
satisfaction such as manufacturing, shipping, food delivery and
catering. This chapter shows the applications of Resource
Management Techniques in Food Delivery Industries using online
platforms.
