Abstract
The proposed IoT-Enabled Autonomous Grass Cutting Robot is an intelligent and energy-efficient system designed to automate lawn maintenance using advanced sensing, navigation, and real-time monitoring technologies. The robot integrates Internet of Things (IoT) connectivity with autonomous navigation to perform precise grass cutting operations while minimizing human intervention. Equipped with ultrasonic sensors, GPS modules, and terrain mapping capabilities, the system can detect obstacles, analyze ground conditions, and optimize its movement path for efficient coverage. Real-time terrain mapping and navigation enable the robot to adapt to uneven surfaces and avoid collisions during operation. Through wireless communication, users can remotely monitor and control the robot using a mobile or web-based application. The proposed system improves operational safety, reduces labor costs, enhances cutting accuracy, and supports sustainable smart agriculture and landscaping applications.
