Abstract

The advent of Industry 4.0, characterized by pervasive
digitalization, advanced automation, and interconnected systems, has
profoundly reshaped industrial landscapes and, consequently,
consumer behavior (Teixeira, 2023). This paradigm shift, driven by global technological advancements, has created an innovation ecosystem that both influences and is shaped by evolving consumer expectations and interactions (Ece, 2023). This systematic review aims to synthesize the current literature on how the Fourth Industrial Revolution's disruptive technologies influence consumer attitudes,
preferences, and decision-making processes.
