Ecofeminism refers to the relationship between the exploitation and dominance of women in patriarchal society. The novel adopted for this study is an American novel “Always Coming Home” by Ursula Le Guinn. It portrays the story of a young girl whose parents belong to two different cultural groups. The selected book is a perfect example for ecofeminism as it brings out two major concerns as ecology and feminism.
