Abstract
Job involvement refers to the psychological identification of employees with their work, where highly involved employees are motivated and take pride in their jobs. The study highlights that job involvement has become essential for employees to fulfill organizational demands effectively. Favorable organizational environments emerge when employees exhibit high job involvement and commitment. Interpersonal relationships and superior support contribute significantly to responsibility and employee participation. The research examines the relationship between job involvement variables and employee well-being, indicating both positive and negative correlations. Organizations that create interesting and goal-oriented jobs positively influence employee well-being and job commitment. The study concludes that employee job involvement significantly impacts satisfaction, participation, organizational commitment, and job performance.
