Abstract
Abstract
This quantitative study examines the relationships between transformational leadership perceived
corporate social responsibility (CSR), and organizational commitment among administrative
professionals in Kerala’s healthcare sector. Recognizing the critical role administrative staff play
in healthcare organizations, the research aims to identify how leadership and CSR perceptions
influence their commitment to the organization. Using a correlational design, data were gathered
from a sample of 380 administrative professionals through validated survey instruments. Findings
from Pearson correlation analysis indicated significant positive associations among
transformational leadership, perceived CSR, and organizational commitment. The results suggest
that organizations that emphasize transformational leadership practices and social responsibility
are more likely to foster a committed administrative workforce. This study expands existing
literature by focusing on non-clinical healthcare employees in India and offers valuable insights
for leadership and CSR strategies. Limitations and suggestions for future research possibilities are
discussed.
