Abstract

Agriculture is a significant area which is an extraordinary aid to the Indian economy. Wages are a significant factor which impacts the status of agricultural workers. The absence of stale wages will bring about the movement of workers to different areas and it will prompt flighty destitution in provincial territories as well as affect the metropolitan populace. It is vital and a pressing need to support the workers in the horticultural area with secure wages to meet their fundamental pleasantries. This survey article examines the projects started by the public authority with respect to agrarian worker's government assistance and the function of government for the upliftment of farming works. The Indian government detailed different projects and has passed a few laws and acts to improve the personal satisfaction of the farming workers. The State just as the Central government has been reexamining the wages to the workers intermittently. The research method used in this paper is the empirical study, then the sampling method used in this study is a random sampling method. The total response collected through this survey is 200 samples. Graphs are used for the analysis of the samples collected from surveys
