Abstract

The present invention relates to a Communication Skill Enhancement Model designed specifically for ESL (English as a Second Language) learners to improve their spoken English abilities for successful
placement. The model centers around structured group discussions incorporating role-based participation, thematic topics, and real-world communication simulations such as interviews and team interactions. It integrates pre-
and post-assessment mechanisms to evaluate learner progress in fluency, vocabulary usage, coherence, and non-verbal communication. Sessions are recorded for self-assessment and facilitator feedback, promoting reflective
learning and continuous improvement. Peer and trainer evaluations provide personalized input to guide individual development. Vocabulary support tools and structured feedback forms aid in tracking and reinforcing growth.
The model is scalable, customizable for varying proficiency levels, and aligned with placement requirements. It creates an interactive, feedback-rich environment that enhances verbal confidence and professional articulation,
thereby significantly improving the placement readiness and employability of ESL learners.
