Abstract

The Smart Study App is an intelligent learning platform that integrates multiple study resources into a single,
unified application. Students and self-learners today face the challenge of navigating disparate tools for definitions, lecture
notes, tutorial videos, and self-assessment quizzes. This paper presents the design, development, and evaluation of the
Smart Study App, a Flask-based web application that consolidates these resources under a single interface. Users can search
any academic topic and instantly access curated definitions, structured notes, relevant video content, and Multiple Choice
Question (MCQ) assessments. A built-in time management module estimates the duration required to complete a given topic,
enabling learners to plan their study sessions effectively. Experimental results demonstrate that the application
significantly reduces time consumption and improves learner productivity by offering a structured, resource-rich approach to
self-directed learning.
