Abstract

Moringa seed oil-infused adhesive tapes have emerged as a promising approach for enhanced wound healing. The bioactive compounds in Moringa seed oil, including fatty acids, antioxidants, and anti-inflammatory agents, promote tissue repair, reduce bacterial growth, and enhance collagen synthesis. These tapes offer a natural, non-toxic, and biocompatible solution for wound care, potentially improving patient outcomes.

The incorporation of Moringa seed oil into adhesive tapes may provide sustained release of therapeutic compounds, promoting a conducive environment for wound healing. This review highlights the potential benefits and applications of Moringa seed oil-infused adhesive tapes in wound healing, including their antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties.

The use of these tapes may lead to improved wound closure rates, reduced scarring, and enhanced patient comfort. Further research is needed to fully explore the potential of Moringa seed oil-infused adhesive tapes in wound care and to translate these findings into clinical practice. This natural approach may offer a valuable alternative to traditional wound healing therapies.
