Abstract
Rural industrialization has become increasingly significant in the context of ongoing migration from Amboylds to abandon agriculture as a viable occupation. Although the Government of India has merely to suburban areas in search of wage employment The non-remunerative nature of agriculture, coupled with fluctuating farm incomes and limited livelihood security, has forced many rural areas to introduce policies aimed at making agriculture profitable and sustainable; it simultaneously recognizes the necessity of excessive pressure away from the agricultural sector. One of the most effective strategies in that direction is the promotion of rural industrialization, which offers a compromise to rural India's continuous decline in employment opportunities within it, alternative employment opportunities, and fosters holistic rural development. A major challenge economy: seasonal and disguised unemployment remain widespread due to the seasonal nabr agricultural operations. Moreover, many traditional artisans occupy a fragile economic pof in a rapidly changing market. Matching employment opportunities with the existing skills of because the roots and technologies they use have becomet obsolete, making their skills less competitive people thus becomes on vormis task for the government Agriculture, in many regions, numbers. This migration, although a coping strategy hat ultimately intensified the burden on Urdus, increasingly becomes non-remunerative, pushing rural workers to migrate to urban centers. Strengthening rural industrialization is essential not only for providing local employment but also for infrastructure and contributing to the growth of urban poverty and informal settlements. Therefore, reducing distress migration and promoting balanced regional development.
