Abstract

Everyone is entitled to safeguard their lives, to ensure the right to life for that food plays a major role. Agriculture is an essential for the enrichment of human life and all beings. We all are obligated to protect and safeguard it. In recent times, due to rapid industrialization and urbanization many people were left cultivation and switch over to technical and technology or other related fields which they can able to survive. This drastic shift creates greater impact on agriculture and demand of food supply. The 2023-2024 the GDP over agriculture is 20.3% and currently 2024-2025 contribution towards GDP is 18.7%. To dissolve this problem, usage of advancement technology is inevitable. Therefore, we are urge to protect and promote sustainable agriculture only with the help of new plant variety for the enhancement and protection by increasing the new kind of varieties of plant and trees and scrubs, etc., this may also encourage the breeder and farmer’s to involve in cultivation and creation of new varieties to promote sustainable flow of food chain. In this paper, we will discuss about how the intellectual property help as to attain sustainable goals pertaining agriculture sector.
