Abstract
This study investigates how workplace stressors—specifically workload, role ambiguity, and poor work environment—influence turnover intention among 347 educators. Using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), the research found that all three factors significantly contribute to an employee's likelihood of leaving their institution, with workload having the strongest positive impact. The findings suggest that administrators should focus on balancing task distribution, clarifying job roles, and improving physical workplace conditions to enhance teacher retention.
