Abstract
This study examines the socio-cultural satisfaction of Indian expatriates living and working in Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. It focuses on cultural adaptation, social relationships, community participation, workplace experiences, family life, and preservation of cultural identity. The study analyses how employment conditions, social support, cultural integration, and living environments influence expatriates’ overall satisfaction. It highlights the importance of social inclusion, cultural networks, cultural identity, and supportive living conditions in enhancing the well-being and quality of life of Indian expatriates in GCC countries.
