Abstract

The process of implementing autonomous patent licensing systems will undoubtedly present considerable challenges, such
as opposition from those who benefit from the current systems, technical difficulties in creating advanced algorithms, and
coordination issues in establishing international frameworks. Nevertheless, the potential advantages of more equitable,
efficient, and adaptable patent licensing systems warrant the effort required to address these challenges. The alternative,
continuing existing inequities and inefficiencies, would ultimately compromise the patent system's fundamental goal of
fostering innovation for the betterment of society. Achieving success in the development and deployment of autonomous
licensing systems will necessitate a consistent dedication from various stakeholders, including governmental bodies,
technology firms, educational establishments, and international organizations. With taking a proactive role in developing
and advocating for autonomous licensing frameworks, India could not only tackle its own technological access issues but
also contribute to the establishment of a more equitable global innovation ecosystem that benefits all nations and
individuals. The shift towards autonomous patent licensing presents a historic opportunity to align intellectual property
systems with the requirements of an increasingly interconnected and rapidly changing technological environment. The
frameworks and recommendations presented in this research offer a roadmap for accomplishing this transformation while
maintaining the essential innovation incentives that contribute to the value of patent systems. Through the careful
implementation of these approaches, the global community can establish patent licensing systems that genuinely fulfill
their intended purpose of advancing human knowledge and technological capabilities for the benefit of everyone.
