Abstract
Disclosed herein is a smart recruitment and candidate screening system (100), the system (100) comprises a data acquisition module (102) configured to
receive candidate-related data. The system also includes a document processing module (104) configured to parse and extract structured information. A pre-processing
and feature engineering module (106) configured to perform data cleaning, normalization, categorical encoding, missing value handling, and transformation of extracted
candidate attributes. The system also includes a job-role matching module (108) configured to compute a compatibility score. A ranking and scoring module (110)
configured to generate a candidate suitability score. The system also includes a bias mitigation and fairness module (112) configured to monitor and reduce
discriminatory influence of protected attributes. An adaptive learning module (114) configured to update model parameters. The system also includes an output and
reporting module (116) configured to present ranked candidate lists, suitability scores, skill-gap analysis, and screening recommendations.
